Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Avelomo, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Certain products (such as personal care items, perishable goods, or custom-made products) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our support team at contact@avelomo.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Our team will provide you with instructions, including the return address and any necessary forms.

  3. Pack the product securely to avoid damage during transit.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and approved.

  • If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
