Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Certain products (such as personal care items, perishable goods, or custom-made products) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact our support team at contact@avelomo.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Our team will provide you with instructions, including the return address and any necessary forms.

Pack the product securely to avoid damage during transit.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges

Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and approved.

If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit instead.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
